# Multiple Joins

You are not allowed to create any more than 1 account. A household may have only two members with same IP but both need only 1 account!

to receive cash payments or use your cash to buy advertising etc.... It has come to this to control bot usage among members. Most members are honest
and no problems but many come armed with bots and they get paid. So they will not want to purchase memberships for bots... Goes in effect right away.

NEW RULES:

2) Starting today- March 10, 2009 I will record all failed cheat test.
Each member will be allowed only 5 more misses for the month that are previous on misses
If I have alert from software that the member misses that timed 5 misses your account will be canceled!!!

For members that choose or do not have alert pay or pay pal, you can use your earnings for products at 3% discount.

# Proxy Use
We do not allow the use of Proxys to view ads on our site. If you are caught using a Proxy, your account will be terminated.

# False Representing
We do not tolerate anyone who uses false information to get referrals.

# Cheating
Change here at 20 misses on cheat test you will be suspended and your account funds removed and down-line refs. You may at request start over but at Zero=0. The questions are easy to answer unless you are a bot, or do not know English, or on some surf rally with other open windows. So no exceptions any longer site is to large to deal pampering members in this area.
With our tough anti-cheat system, it is extremely difficult to cheat. If someone is caught cheating or simply attempting to cheat, we have the right to remove the user's earnings and possibly even ban the user from our network. Cheating would include any of the following:

# Interfering with our system to prevent optimum security and/or reliability.
# Creating or using any type of emulator, or program to automate the process of clicking.
# Any malicious act that may, in any way, interfere with our system.

# PTSU
Members who do not fill out the PTSU Confirmation form after joining are subject to penalty no approval. Members that persist to claim sign-up in deception and then do not will lose your accounts and funds. {{{CHEATING IS NOT ALLOWED.}}}
I WILL BE STRICT WITH NO EXCEPTIONS ON THIS RULE.

# Spam
We do not believe in spam, and we are very strict on the handling of your information. The only emails you will receive are periodic emails with information about updates, special offers and issues with the site.

Do not sign-up your account info with a e-mail spam protection account that forces members to join to contact you!!! Your account will be deleted without reply if you use this kind of service requesting Sassy Clix admin join to contact you!!! # PTP- And REFERRALS!
Standard members can only have pay on 50 refs. >br>Upgraded members can have pay on all refs you refer. If your account is audited and you are a standard member your non active members will be reduced to your level of earnings.
This stops the cheating on PTP so I do not have to cancel this section of earnings for honest members.
This insures stability of SassyClix for years to come for members....
# Inactive Accounts
If your account has been inactive for 30 days, your earnings will be cleared. Account on suspend!!!! You will need to contact and start with Zero=0 balance. Un-less you have contacted admin with reason to absence.

# Advertising Terms
-- The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other adult materials of any kind. Account holders will not receive anymore second chances. Closed and funds wiped.
-- The website must not contain any frame breakers.
-- The website must be English.
-- The website must not contain or promote any viruses
-- The website must not contain ANY prompts such as download dialogs or confirmation alerts.
-- The website must not exceed the 1 popup/popunder limit
-- The website's single popup/popunder must not open any new windows.
-- The website's single popup/popunder must not break any of the above terms.

All purchases for advertising is deemed done and finished. No refunds, or charge-backs doing so member looses full membership to site.
# Subject to change
This agreement can change. Although we have the right to change this agreement without any prior notice to our members, we will send out a notice to all of our members the new terms and/or terms that have changed changed. If for any reason you do not accept the changes, you will need to contact us, and your account will be removed. {Always stay current on your info of TOS!)
