THE TITLE SAYS IT ALL

he says he never scammed anyone and he didnt get away with a lot. he is very sorry and promises to do better on velocity

unfortunately i do not know alertpay procedures on this matter, i beleive alertpay will not help you...that is why alertpay would allow schemes such as ours....its all gambling now..LOL
