« on: September 06, 2012, 11:25:05 PM »
Hi, I have been trying to set minimum cash out but my settings donīt reflect on my site,  no matter how high i set minimum payout, my site shows either $.0 or $.01, am I missing something?

- Hello , it's clear you have an addon for max cashout and payment frequency installed on your site and this is most likely interfering with withdraw settings , you should contact whoever sold you this addon or installed it for you to get it installed correctly or remove it from your site as it's not working properly

@djps withdraw options are set as sql command so it's not affected by settings rewritable or not , but i'll make a post later on how to enable full permissions to it and how to set it back once changes needed are done

I think it has something to to with membership type, if I switch my membership to standard iI can see my settings reflected, if I change it back to upgraded then I see minimum payout $0.0 but canīt request until I reach minimum in my settings.  Thanks and let me know if you find a way to fix it.

as i explained it's coding error in the addon you are having

default script has minimum cashout for standards and minimum cashout for premium , your current image shows those options are missing

so if the coder who installed this addon did it wrong or forgot adding an extra part for premiums you will get these problems

the coding needs to be rechecked and the one who installed this addon for you should do it for you for free
as any other coder will charge you for checking and fixing this that's why i suggest you check the person you got this addon from first

i always try to provide all help and support to all members in forum as much as i can , but in cases like your problem , the issue can't be fixed by adding some instruction or info , it will need a code to be fully re checked and this isn't possible with forum posts

when you purchase any type of service you should be getting support with it , if not on long term at least it should be till you are sure what you purchased is fully functional and working the way you thought when paying for it , that's why you paid for it in first place

I just wanted to say that I contacted the person who sold it to me and he could not fix my problem, I think he knows nothing more than how to install the script.  He told me to contact the script creators and Iīm still waiting for and answer, now I found that the script design is not compatible with internet explorer 9 - itīs impossible to log in using that browser, I told them that too and still waiting for an answer.

ESV 1 version is known to have bugs in it , If you feel your site is going well , I'd recommend you upgrade to sdr 2 version which would be a lot more better
