Can there be two PTC users in the same internet connection?

Say that I want my brother to join some of the PTC sites I've joined so we can both become referrals to each other's site. Will it be possible that we can join using the same internet connection, or do PTC sites allow only one?

only one.
It is in 99,9% of all ptc´s TOS.

You and your brother must have a separate computers and different/separate internet connection too. Avoid using LAN (local Area Network) connections. example, you are in a House A while your brother must in a House B. to avoid terminated from their rules (terms of service) of a ptc site.
