cucsat most scams will pay the first few to reach payout, usually the big promotors with lots of refs
it makes others trust them enough to invest in refs and upgrades
then they scam 

i don't think there is a way for you to check the subscription.
if you could check it would be completely useless because it is just a subscription
they pay by the month and they can cancel the subscription whenever they want

I am another victim of this Buxsite. I invested $18 as Ultimate member I ask for my first $10 and don't receive any answer of the admin. The system tells that pays Instantly. IT'S NOT TRUE!!!. At the other hand, I have in my Account Balance another $10. Besides the fees are to high ($3 x each $10)
