Google didn't send that message.  Please select the arrow next to 'Reply' and then select 'Report Phishing.' 

Also, please take a moment to review the Gmail Security Checklist with ways to keep the account secure.

@papaimark did you forget something the url? just wondering because you it seems that the link is just stoping at "services-" or just copy & pasted it?
If it was a copy & paste then yeah for sure phising try always look at the link for at least 3 or 4 seconds before you click on it. ->if you do not your chance of getting a virus or some malware on your computer is really high

No. It was on purpose to avoid some member here to click on this link.

Yesterday I received it again but now it comes marked as a "This sender may not be who he claims to be..." with a big red ribbon.

I received a similar mail on Yahoo Mail some time ago but did not respond.
