How do I report suspicious emails?If you receive a suspicious email which presents false or fraudulent information about Payza or requests any information about your Payza account, please forward the email to phishing@payza.com Once we receive your email, our Fraud Prevention team will look into the matter.
-Please be aware that some individuals send emails using Payza's branding and logo to deceive people.-Payza will never ask for your personal details over email unless you have asked to reset your password or Transaction PIN. -You should never login to your Payza account by clicking on an email link. Make sure you type the Payza address into the address bar of your browser. -Our website URL always begins with HTTPS.-Never share your login password or Transaction PIN with anybody. -Do not use the same login password or Transaction PIN with any other website.
