That
People could see the owner or the manager, so he could be sued if necessary or , at least, that he knows that could really be sued.

That there were some kind of insurance so members could get back part or all money invested.

Roughly, 90 % of new business fail in the first year.
In PTC scene, 99%.

It's down right fraud to start a business earn some revenue and then jump ship. The PTC, HYIP, Revshare scene has no regulations. You know who does it right? Forex Paradise. They have 88 Million Invested in an insurance fund. It is double protection for both parties.

Indeed but that will never happen unfortunately, its so easy to create a rev share website nowadays... but if there was some kind of regulator people would leave non-regulated sites and suporte the ones that follow the regulated market!

Think about it. How many times have you seen a site launch and part of the incentive is "Trusted Admin?" Every other site claims they have a trusted admin. Until they disappear.

Paypal holding the fund people are getting upset over it. although its out of his control

Paypal had a class action lawsuit filed against them for improperly handling disputes and placing improper holds on accounts.
https://www.accountholdsettlement.com/
It stemmed back all the way to 2006. Any PTC, RevShare or TE that was successful like GoldenClix, UseClix, GPT Plant all had their funds frozen. UseClix went out of business because of it. I was in talking with him back in November when UseClix grew tremedously. He was making a solid profit.

It has affected other industries as well. Paypal and Ebay for a time were actually working together but decided to go their separate ways. Long story short, PayPal is crazy...So TrafficMonsoon isn't really not at fault on this one. The big problem is that a lot of people in this community are down right selfish. They assume that at the first sign of fowl play that owners are scamming. They don't bother to research and figure things out. All they care about it getting paid.

At the same time site owners startup without weighing the potential risks. What a lot of guys don't know is that if you transfer money between your PayPal business and personal accounts they will freeze the transaction. It's a measure they take to prevent money laundering. You would have to call and speak to a representative.

Edit: I inputted a link to the settlement site. In case anyone on here actually needs to dip their hands in this a bit more.
