Is this the same guy who owned Fishing4mails?
I was badly hacked 2008 - the hacker got my passwords and changed my payment info at many sites, even got my PayPal password. Luckily I lost no money but it was more than one-day-work to get all working again.
At Fishing4mails I ended up getting my account suspended for logging in outside my country. Below is an example of how the Moderator handles my problem.

yes same David Levesley
he owned fishing4mails and that was a great site for a long time but when that started to fail david called in sick
he had a friend or partner, john something who took over and kept it online for an extra year or so
i guess illness is always the best way out when things go wrong
