Follow these three easy steps  ;D

1. Print screen the image (should be located above you number pad)

2. Paste the print screen into paint (save the file preferably .jpg)

3. Upload the an image hosting site (i.e. http://imageshack.us/)

Note: when you save your image in paint you should take out the transaction ID as well as your own email - safety precautions :)

Print screen key should be located about the backspace key on your keyboard

Open Paint

paste printed screen in Paint by pressing ctrl V
still in paint remove any parts of the image you do not want to show to the public

save image as .jpg file

upload saved file to http://imageshack.us

The best software that I recommend you guys to edit screenshots is IrfanView. ;)

Download - http://www.irfanview.com/main_download_engl.htm

It comes with a "Paint" function, and you can also take screenshots easily with this program.

Some other things I found:

http://www.superscreenshot.com/ - Takes a screenshot of a whole site. Online service.

http://www.screengrab.org/home/download/ - A very useful Firefox extension which takes screenshots from websites. ( I like to use this one.  ;D)

Official Site - http://www.screengrab.org/

XnView.
Pros:
supports everything (including audio and video and cad) and scanners, free.
multilang
Very easy
Crop. add text, save in how many colors you want, etc etc

Cons: Is not a great editor.
