How many times I should tell PO I have too much money in my balance be4 cashing out   jjail  - yet

My balance popped up when a 5-point-ad was sent out as $5 ad. Clicked this twice.

I've sent one ticket and got reply. Sent another one via Facebook and got reply there too - both telling my balance will be fixed. But it was not fixed.

Would YOU just try to cash out?

perhaps because of my idiom,
I did not understand the question.
Is it ptc, shares, investment... what site? what is PO?
