I get an error message while trying to access to the Whois record, but I can see that the IP is located on Ohio.

With their advertising prices (19.8 $ for 1.000 visits) this site will probably not have many ads to click on anyway...

Same here ... I kept getting an error message when trying to access the Whois record from a couple of sites.

Nevertheless, I did manage to get a hold of the WHOIS information.

I Don't trust owners from these countries anymore... I've already had too many deceptions and bad experiences (last one was BuyVisitors.net, from Lithuania: me, Stalky and Rich decided to join and... ONE day later the site vanished  )

These eastern european countries generally don't have much cash.  There is no way they are going to be able to pay you unless they sell a lot of advertising.

At $19.98 for 1000 clicks or even 2000 clicks they definitely will not be selling any advertising.

There are a lot better sites with more members and cheaper ads, why would anyone want to pay $19.98 to show an ad to just a few members.
