its a free host,  meaning he has no money to pay.  he is hoping somebody will invest before anyone reaches 50 clicks  :D

Now I know why this site has 'whois' protected: It shares the same IP along with another scam site: beachbux.net, which isn't paying its members and its forum is a mess.

its the same ip and its a free host.   same ip doesnt necessarily mean the same owner but these 2 look like they probably are owned by the same 14 year old.
he can't afford to pay for hosting so its no surprise he can't pay his members  :D
