I have been denied payout from the site because of this reason:

Plain and simple you failed 20 cheat checks. It was at 19 the 12th, and by the 13th it was 20. You broke the Terms of Service, and you are deleted for this. Just as many other memebrs have been. Cheat checks are only cleared once a month, not daily.

Complete bs. I can READ and WRITE plain english and understand it, the most cheat checks that I probably failed is definitely less than 10.

There is definitely something wrong with his script because while my account was still there its said that i failed over 700 cheat checks while is impossbile unless your're a bot.

He likes changing his cheat checks more than once a month so that's the reason why i might of missed a couple.

This is a sad excuse to not pay people on your site. Also note that he that his TOS says 19? then why's the system deleting at 20?

Also please note I should have been paid on the 15th before my account was deleted (December 17th)

Some interesting facts to take into conisderation:

-Most of his advertisements are self-sponsored

-2 people posted their payment proof this month, wow thats alot

-Deadlysenix who is probably the only active user on his forum was one of them.

I have been in this PTC industry for a couple years now and I understand most of the aurora concepts, however this is probably my biggest aurora let down.

First I would like to say that rainbow has only failed 7 cheat checks (total) out of many on my own site.  Rainbow isn't a cheater at all

You may very well be correct when you say the cheat check thing is broken.  Perhaps there is a question that the admin answered wrong  

@ Assault : I understand your desire to fulfill your TOS, however, may I suggest adding a line to your Terms.  Instead of "you WILL be suspended or deleted" change it to "you MAY be suspended or deleted".   That way, you have the opportunity to discuss it with the member instead of being obligated to delete or suspend them instantly.

Here's his fabulous response that says nothing more than what he said he in his first response:

There are no errors in the Terms. If you fail 19 cheat checks you are still in the green (safe from being deleted) once you go over that 19 cheat check fails you are removed from Trinity Clicks.

Let me correct you, you had over 700 Cheat Checks it self(this includes fails and not fails), i have users who have over 1500 cheat checks, this is becoming less common, all it shows is how many cheat checks they went though, since their account has existed at Trinity Clicks.

The Cheat Check display for users is out of sync with the main Cheat Checks, since I added the Cheat Check stats for users the 7th of this month (December) that is 7 days of missed Cheat Check stats for memebrs, next month (January) they will all be in sync. You had 9 Cheat Check Fails up until the 13th. So in 6 days you accumulated 9 Cheat Check fails. It is reasonable (which I did not need to as I had the real, up-to-date stats) that you would have accumulated the other 11 Cheat Check Fails. I had the real stats of you Cheat Check Fails, the user's own Cheat Check stats were lagging behind since I added the addon the 7th.

You should not have been paid the money you had requested as you broke our Terms. Your account was deleted, along with your payment.

Honestly People. Think about this for a second. its December 15th. I haven't been suspended or broken his "TOS" under the "cheat check" failures, so why haven't I been paid? Even if I did pass these "cheat checks" shouldn't I have been paid anyways? It's a question of ethics, whether or not its wrong or right changes from person to person, but in my opinion I should have gotten paid.

Besides that fact he hasn't provided me with an screen shots or proof that I cheated but he can go along and say that full lengthy paragraph of "You broke the TOS, you don't get paid." Alright, so where's your proof? I absolutely hate being accused of something that I didn't do because of some technical issue or issue with the admin.

Finally, I want to bring up eec's point about my own personal history. Never in the history of my PTC "career"   have I experienced problems with cheat checks so that's like a double whammy of being accused of cheating when I know I'm an honest person.

Note: It makes you wonder why he hasn't put all this detailed information in his Faq's, better yet his "TOS" because I certainly didn't know about it or get a warning, just BAM you account has been deleted.

jj took back pacificclicks because he found out alex was only 14.  that was in january or february 2008.
i guess that makes alex 16 at the moment

This is the first time i see an owner admit something isn't working how it should and still deleting members.   why should we believe its only 'not in sync' when its in your favour

3.1 If someone is caught cheating or simply attempting to cheat, we have the right to remove the user's earnings and possibly even ban the user from our network.
3.2 Interfering with our system to prevent optimum security and/or reliability.
3.3 Creating or using any type of emulator, or program to automate the process of clicking.
3.4 Any malicious act that may, in any way, interfere with our system.
3.5 Failing more than 19 cheat checks with in one calander month, at the end of each month the cheat checks are cleared.
3.6 If you have more than 10 denied Paid To Sign Ups on your account and/or if you submit the Paid To Sign Up cheat ad. it will be deleted and/or if you submit the Paid To Sign up cheat ad.

As it is clearly not anything but 3.5, rainbow should be allowed payment since he only failed 9, the rest were assumed
its like when a user fails there first 2 cheat checks within 2 mins of joining, you cant assume they'll be at 20000 by the end of the month, and suspend them

Also, my account was DELETED on the 17th not the 14th. It was working perfectly fine on the 14th

By the way thanks for posting the proof BUT i'm 100% sure that I didn't fail 20 cheat checks on the 14th

Why should I be paid? I requested on the November 14th, 2009 so according to  you TOS, on a net 15 "basis" I should have been paid on December 15th which did not happen.

I think you should re-evaluate your check cheat system.

All these think looking like debt control. Lots of admin always try to think about members if they contact about their mistake. But here matter is reverse. Member here want to resolve matter but admin only trying to get rid of debt. Cheat check is not a good way of tracking cheater. Lots of people do not know right answer. I also seen in your site alex that most of question related to USA like Which continent USA lie? I do not know answer of these question. 20 failed in 753 is not a large amount. It does not indicate anything. It does not indicate that rainbowcolors can not read English.

Rainbowcolours has 0 cheat attempts on my PTC website. He is FAR from a cheater! I think that is just a lame excuse to remove his funds so you don't have to pay him.

If you don't recall I had to re-configure my VPS, I had not deleted your account yet. When i reinstalled the site and re-uploaded the database it was exactly how i left it, with your account not deleted but with 20 Cheat Check Fails. You will not be getting paid.

Oh, do I ever wish my system was the perfect system, my system is no were close to perfect, look at Neobux for example they still have cheaters. Your account was deleted after the database was re-installed on the 14th. Your correct in saying I won't pay you, like I told Aurora im bewildered at the fact that you accumulated 20 Cheat Check fails, and I welcomed a sensible explanation for it, I even changed up the cheat checks to verify my suspicion.
