Why would they need your alertpay pin in order to pay you?  Isn't it bad to give that kind of info?  They are basically asking for all alertpay info except the password.  Which I'm sure would be easy to get if you provide all the info they requested.

Thank you for contacting us and not answering that mail.

That was a phishing mail, bux.to will never send you such mails. We have reported this.
 
Please don't use your bux.to username and the email address of your bux.to account to register at other sites, and don't put that email address public at our forums or anywhere else where it can be linked to your bux.to account. It is as such locations people sending those scamming mails go, to get mailing lists.
